What is Power of Possible (POP)?

Power of Possible (POP) is a dynamic and empowering pre-employment program that will equip you with the tools, relationships, and confidence needed to get the job that is right for you!

Topics covered include:

Interview skills
Self-marketing
Accessing the ''Hidden Job Market'' by generating local job leads
Developing a network
Verbal and non-verbal communication with employers
Conflict resolution techniques
Money management and goal setting

You will have the opportunity to be part of a supportive group in an energetic, fun environment. This 30-hour program consists of 10 segments that cover finding the job, getting the job, and keeping the job. Your facilitator is trained and qualified to deliver the tools you need to be successful in your job search.

Every day you attend, your confidence will grow, you will learn more about your strengths and transferable skills, and you will have a clear path to the work you want.

Discover how to keep the job once you get it.
Learn money management skills so you can support the lifestyle you want to live.

POP Facilitator Training

Rest assured your facilitator has the tools to help you achieve your goals. All our facilitators go through a rigorous, intensive 6-day training, covering all aspects of the workshop content and principles of adult learning. They participate in constant quality assurance processes and are offered additional professional development opportunities.
